Development History

The founder signed cooperation agreements with Germany and Italy, introducing European and American fresh air system technology and products.

Formed the PAULAIR team.

July: The first generation of the integrated energy recovery ventilator was launched. October: Selected as the standing committee member unit of the China Building Energy Conservation Association.

October: The thermostatic dehumidification integrated unit was first released at the 23rd International Passive House Conference in Gaobeidian.
December: The passive integrated energy recovery ventilator obtained the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's Healthy Housing Certification.

April: The factory obtained ISO9001 quality management system and other three system certifications and participated in the compilation of the standard (Ultra-Low Energy Green Building Fresh Air System Design and Installation Technical Level).
June: PAULAIR Suzhou R&D Center began operation, embarking on the path of independent research and development. At the same time, a university-enterprise donation and cooperation agreement was signed with the Green Building Center of Suzhou University.
December: The company's products were recognized as a passive recommended enterprise and innovative brand by the China Equipment Management Association. In the same month, the company was awarded the title of National High-tech Enterprise by Beijing Municipality.

2021 In May, the company organized the 5th China Passive House Designers Conference.
In July, at the 8th China Enterprise Green Contract Forum hosted by Alap SEE, Paulair air-cooled modular unit was included in the supplier "whitelist" for the first time.

In February 2022, Paulair launched its third-generation integrated energy recovery ventilator and held an expert technical exchange meeting. In July, the air-cooled modular unit obtained EU CE safety certification.
In August, the company participated in the compilation of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's "Technical Guidelines for Fresh Air Systems in Residential Buildings" and published the book "Selection of Materials for Ultra-Low Energy Consumption Building Engineering."

In August 2023, the company's passive house micro-multi-split energy recovery ventilator was officially signed for the Qingdao Sino-Russian Junshan Yuefu project. And at the same time an export business has also been established. we honor our journey and look forward to shaping the future. Graduated from Shandong Normal University with a Bachelor's degree in Law, with ten years of experience in the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China system. Started his own business in 2013 and established the Paulair brand in 2017, which has been in existence ever since.

I graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering at Tianjin University in 1989 and obtained a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osaka University in Japan in 1995. In the same year, I joined the Technical Department of the Air Conditioning Division of Panasonic Corporation as the Chief Technician and a member of the Japan Refrigeration Industry. From 2005 to 2020, I worked as the General Manager of Panasonic China Electric R&D Center. Joined Paulair in 2021.

In 2007, graduated from the School of Environmental Engineering at Tianjin University with a major in Building Environment and Equipment Engineering. In the same year, joined Panasonic Electric Research and Development (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. to work as a chief technician in air conditioning system design. I joined Zhejiang Sanhua Group in 2012, engaged in the development of compressor drivers and air conditioner control logic. In 2014, I joined Panasonic to participate in product development work. In 2019, I joined Paulair.

Graduated from the School of Electronic Information Engineering at Dalian Ocean University in 2011, joined Hangzhou Sanhua Research Institute in the same year, and later worked in the R&D department of Trang, mainly engaged in the development of compressor variable frequency drives, main control logic software, and water turbine system logic control solutions. Senior software algorithm engineer. Joined Paulair in 2019.
